The Fat Radish - Cornucopia
The Fat Radish
Description
Dining at this restaurant presents a mixed bag of experiences that leave a lasting impression. While the food quality varies, with pancake texture often likened to cardboard and some meals disappointingly bland, there are bright spots, particularly in their expanding vegan menu. The service has been consistently praised, characterized by friendly and accommodating staff. Despite some unique atmosphere quirks—like an unsettling mannequin—visitors have enjoyed the charming location in Cornucopia. While past patrons recall fond memories at the original Bayfield site, recent closures might signal uncertainty. Overall, a visit offers potential delights, but with caveats.

This restaurant is permanently closed. I visited just over a year ago, and everything was fantastic—I even had the chance to share a bottle of wine with the owner, who was incredibly nice and welcoming. I'll definitely miss this place. Now there's a 'For Sale' sign out front, and their phone number is disconnected.
My girlfriend and I stopped by for a quick dinner on our way to our destination, and we were thrilled to discover their fantastic locally sourced menu. The service was excellent, thanks to the incredibly friendly server, Patricia. The food was amazing as well! The atmosphere was charming, cozy, and truly delightful. We highly recommend Fat Radish for a wonderful dining experience!
