I'm a truck driver and I travel across three states every week, stopping at various Subways. I usually order the same thing: a 6-inch sandwich, two scoops of me... read more I'm a truck driver and I travel across three states every week, stopping at various Subways. I usually order the same thing: a 6-inch sandwich, two scoops of meat on the side with some cheese, and a large drink. At most locations, this totals around $16 for the sandwich, double meat, and drink. However, at this Subway, they are charging me as if I ordered a 12-inch sub for the double meat, even though I'm not getting any bread, veggies, or condiments. I hope someone addresses this issue so that employees can charge customers correctly. Additionally, I've noticed that the staff can be unprofessional. They have made fun of customers with accents, which I witnessed firsthand when they laughed at a guy struggling with pronunciations, despite him spending about $30. They don’t seem to realize that he may earn more than all of them combined. The term “professional” doesn’t seem to apply here. I hope changes are made with the staff, as I will not be returning. Perhaps this location should be replaced with a better team.
