Our waitress was very knowledgeable about gluten-free options. I ordered a hamburger without buns, but she also brought me a prepacked gluten-free bread. we ordered pizza from here in the next night and it was the best gluten-free crust I had in 13 years as a celiac. it was light and crispy with a blase crust.
