However, 14 days ago we mad... read more My family and I come regularly (at least quarterly) to Mosse. We loved this restaurant both in terms of the cuisine and the service. However, 14 days ago we made a reservation (my mom) for 4 people. A week before we called to add 1 person and asked if it was possible. 1st call no one answers, we send an email. No one has yet responded. The next day we call back someone tells us to call back: that they don't know if they will be able to add a person... so we call back on Wednesday mid-morning so as not to disturb, same answer... On Thursday (the day before our evening at the restaurant) we remember again. The person answering the phone asked us to “stop calling to ask this, because they had a lot of work.” We therefore decided to cancel the reservation. Apparently they don't like regular customers. You shouldn't get a big head when an establishment is operating, having worked in catering myself, we did everything possible to add 1 or more services. It's called being commercial.
