Was lied by the employee in the cash register. I've been there many times (but not again. She had always substituted cookie for chips, but said no substitutions today and said she never would have done that. I asked her several times, told her she was the one I usually treated, and she continued denying that she had ever done substitutions if she had at least 4 or 5 times, maybe more. I decided that I didn't want her food anymore since I hate being lied to. There are other places to eat where I don't have to do with a liar. If she represents this store, I know they're all a bunch of liars! I would have paid extra for the cookie (although I would not have eaten any chips if it had simply been true.

Meals at my work....box marked ham also labeled cheddar roasted tomatoes....got to my car....no ham on sand...Tomatoes not roasted them cut like fo salad....mayo on my sand, but all the others had a Bbq sauce. was soggy....bad first impression....is not recommended

I ordered a turkey to make Thanksgiving easier. I understand that Thanksgiving is a super busy time for this facility, but I can't imagine a worse job management distribution and processing jobs. First you have an appointment time to pick up your order, but the appointment is an arbitrary time with zero actual value. When I arrived at my appointment, I waited fifteen minutes in the line and was told that I had to come back in an hour. After my return, I was asked to wait another fifteen minutes. Unless you're wasting your time at HoneyBaked, I'm going to decide for another dealer. Finally, no one in our family liked the turkey when I finally got one; it was so sweet it exaggerated all redeeming qualities.

This place is amazing. The quality consistency is astronomical. I never had a bad experience in my 50 orders.
