Panda Express
Description
**Panda Express: A Mixed Bag of Experiences**
Panda Express consistently delivers flavorful and satisfying dishes, including crowd favorites like orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp. While many customers appreciate the quick service and variety, concerns about staff interruptions, inconsistent food availability, and shrinking portion sizes linger. Some diners have felt let down by the quality and freshness of their meals, particularly when dining in. However, notable praise has been directed toward a motivated and attentive staff, especially at certain locations where service shines. Despite ups and downs, Panda Express remains a reliable option amidst a changing restaurant landscape.

The only reason I'm giving this location a 2 star overall is because they need help with the online order management side of things. We had to wait 30+ minutes for a meal for two (2 bowls) because they were so busy with the drive thru and the walk in. I know they're doing their best but they need to find a way to let customers know there could be a long wait for their food. Also their parking lot was poorly constructed and very tight and difficult to get in an out of.Other than that, everything is great.
Went in for lunch, we were the only customers. 4pm almost no food cooked. We ordered and were told to wait 10 minutes for them to cook it. Ok, we sat and waited, nobody was cooking, then a delivery driver came in and they didn’t make his order either! All the workers chatting and doing nothing! The place was dirty and sticky everywhere, we just left. They need to close down.
We ordered food from DoorDash from the store and there food was gross not done well and their food was gross and then he give us no sauce give us the wrong order so we’ll never order from u
This is my fifth visit to Panda Express, and I'm happy to report that they maintain a consistently high standard across all locations. The quality and service have been uniform, so you know what to expect. I’m glad they’ve finally stepped up their game with the orange chicken since it's a crowd favorite. My personal favorite is the honey walnut shrimp, and I also enjoy the sesame honey glazed chicken. My wife particularly loves the Kung Pao chicken and fried rice. Honestly, it's a solid choice, especially since many Chinese restaurants have declined in quality since the pandemic. As a tip, I always ask for extra teriyaki sauce for the fried rice; you won't regret it. Oh, and by the way, this location has had the best chopsticks I've encountered so far!
The food was good, and the pickup was quick. I haven't been here in a while, but I was disappointed that I ordered the larger plate, which used to come with a third entree in a medium box. Now, they put it in a very small box. The price has increased, but the portion sizes have decreased. I wouldn't mind the higher price if the amount of food was the same as before. Unfortunately, I won't be ordering from this place again.
