There was no greeting, no apologies for the items being sold out, and no expression of gratitude. It’s disheartening to see businesses operate this way, especially when so many others have been forced to close in the past three years. It’s essential to appreciate what you have and show gratitude towards your customers.

We've been coming here multiple times a week for years, and it has usually been consistent with hard-working staff. However, recently, the coffee has been stale and lacks the fresh taste we’ve come to expect. Just this past weekend, all three of our iced coffees (different varieties) were undrinkable and a waste of money. I hope this is just a temporary issue and not a sign of a decline in quality, but we’ve decided to take a break for a few weeks.

The coffee is a bit weak, but it still has... read more I consistently appreciate the service at this location. As for the food, it's what you'd expect from Dunkin' Donuts. The coffee is a bit weak, but it still has that coffee flavor. The food has a taste reminiscent of an air-fried Jimmy Dean sandwich rather than one that's been microwaved.
