I had a large order and the staff was very patient and polite. Also, there were no mistakes with the order.
Had a new system they could not use and could not use my gift card. Staff Eric didn't offer me a free drink. Would not give my friend his employee discount
If they are sensitive to people who do not wear masks during a pandemic, then I would avoid this place. it is not the fault of the personal, as I do not think it is fair to ask someone who also gives orders police the door, but in the 5 minutes I was there on December 28, 2020, the only other 2 parachutes at the place were not wearing masks at all. I really don't go here very often, but I probably won't be back for quite awhile trying to minimize my risks, getting sick. obviously the other customer (not together) could not have less interested in getting others sick. the donuts themselves were in order, but it was annoying to see that no one except me and the personal wore masks and no one seemed to care.
This particular Dunkin has a very local/family vibe. The staff is very tentative and went the extra mile to customize our very picky taste buds(my iced coffee is very specific). I recommend this location to everyone. Followus on Facebook @johncauble
I come to this Dunkin for a week once a month. They are always really busy but do a wonderful job at getting all of the customers through the line. All of the staff are cheerful and courteous.
