After 15 minutes, we still hadn’t received any drinks or seen an employee. My fiancé went to the counter, and when he informed one of the staff that we hadn't received anything, he was handed cups for our drinks and told that our food would be ready shortly. In the meantime, a DoorDash driver came in regarding his own order, which hadn’t been processed either. Another 15 minutes passed, and still no sign of our food or the delivery driver’s order. To make matters worse, a customer who arrived after us was called up to receive their food for dining in, while the drive-thru line was moving steadily. My fiancé approached the employee again, asking about the status of our order. The employee had just returned from being outside for about 10-15 minutes and claimed there were only two workers on duty. He insisted he couldn’t find our order on the screen, implying that we hadn’t completed our payment. My fiancé showed him the receipt on his phone along with the details of our order, but the employee continued to insist there was no record of it. The DoorDash driver also chimed in, mentioning he had been waiting for a considerable time without receiving his order. The employee maintained that they were short-staffed. We suggested that if they were struggling to manage both the dining and drive-thru services, they should close the dining area to focus on improving their operations. While we were discussing this with the employee, two more staff members appeared, which contradicted the claim that there were only two workers available. Finally, I requested a refund so we could leave and find somewhere else to eat. The employee insisted he couldn’t process a refund because he couldn’t see our order on the screen. We reiterated that we had the receipt and simply wanted our money back. At that point, Jasmine, another employee who seemed to come out of nowhere, was also present, but the situation had become incredibly frustrating.

This is the worst restaurant I've ever visited. We keep saying we won't return, yet we go back because it's so convenient. A family member recently waited 1 hour and 18 minutes for them to sort out her mobile order and prepare it (I have the timestamp from the 360 app to prove it). There are no excuses for that! I called the manager to request contact information for the regional manager. When I explained the issue was with their service, he refused to give me the information I needed and only provided a 1-800 number to call instead. I also asked for the store number, but they wouldn’t provide that either. I was told they didn’t have it on hand and when I requested they get it, they refused, claiming they were "too busy talking to me." When I asked for the manager's name, he gave it to me in a loud, sarcastic manner. After I wrote it down, he even said, "Good girl!" I am shocked to have been addressed this way by restaurant management or staff. Additionally, my family member still had to pay for the entire order (which was only for three people) after waiting over an hour! I'm at a loss for words.

It took me 45 minutes to get through the drive-thru, which only had five cars ahead of me. When I finally received my order, it was completely incorrect. I had ordered three soft tacos (along with other items), but instead, I was given three different types of tacos.

Have always been a patron of Taco Bell, and for the last few visits they have been making it hard to continue. But finally that last straw has came along. Every item has either the wrong ingredients or is prepared to the brink of in-edible. If you decideto visit this taco bell make sure you have Netflix on your phone to catch up on the next season of whatever shows you enjoy?..you will have the time to.

Me and a friend went to this location Saturday night October 15 2022. We both ordered the identical food selections. 3 hard taco supremes and 1 bean burrito with sour cream. 1. The girl at the drive-thru was rude and seemed annoyed at our presence. 2.We asked for hot and mild sauce we only received hot. 3. We asked for sour cream on our bean burritos, paid for the sourcream...no sour cream to be had. 4. and most importantly me and my friend were SO sick the next day. The pain we were in and theconstant bathroom trips...unreal. I won 't go into details as its not pleasant nor does anyone want to hear about it,however.....they should reimburse our orders and the usage of toilet paper we had to use the following day. Our stomaches werestill jacked up on Monday......thought I was going to have to leave work. Will never ever eat Taco Bell....again!!!!
