If I could give 7 out of 5 stars, I would. Just what you expect from a beaver place. Highest quality. The bit of green and a piece of meat in my strawberry cream cheese is what I needed for the little piece of extra energy to get rid of my day!! Will definitely come back! Dunkin is better and say that?s something?. View all feedback.
What Kevin O'Kon doesn't like about Bruegger's Bagels:
Very bad service. Some of the employees were unfriendly and made me feel unwilling. Definitely need more training in customer service. The girl in the register was really sweet. Thank you. View all feedback.
I ordered an Asian bagel with bacon-cook cheese, a brisket sandwich on a 5 cheese bagel, and 2 twice baked hashbrowns. I made this order online this morning. I understand that it says online that if the selected bagel is not available, it will be made on a simple bagel, but I have literally observed that they issue fresh 5 cheese bagels while I wait for my order. My sandwich was made on a simple bagel. There was also no Jalapeño cream cheese on the Brisket sandwich as it should be. My hashbrowns were also ICE cold. Like not warm at ALL. Very disappointed today.
We used to love this location but the service has gotten increasingly poor since the pandemic started. The last 3 times we have gone they have not had the bagels we are hoping for, and last time they were even out of coffee of all things and said they were not making more for the day. I usually come around 30mins-1hr before close to avoid lunch rush, but that still seems like a large amount of time to be out of items. Not to mention how poorly the bagels are made. It's quite literally a scoop of cream cheese and slap the other half on top. It was 90% bread because they didn't spread the cream cheese at all. I don't know who the new management is, but they are atrocious. Bruegger's will forever be my favorite bagel chain, but this location has dropped us from weekly regulars to stopping in once every few months hoping something has changed, but it's just getting worse.
Owner: Please remove curbside pickup as an option, because you cannot honor it and/or your staff seems like I?m a nuisance for using it. The first time a few months ago, upon arrival, the female staff member told me the bagel choices I selected weren?t available and told me to ?just come in and see what they had?. I informed her I couldn?t because I had a sleeping newborn in the car, and chose their curbside pickup for a reason. She gave me attitude and made me feel like my business was inconveniencing her. She also would not give me her name. Horrible customer service. Second time today, after waiting for 20 min and no one answering the phone, I flagged down a fellow dad to ask if he could notify the staff I was waiting. His experience with the staff was apparently so fruitless that he came out and brought me my order himself! I then tried to call to voice this concern but since no one picked up the phone for the last 30 minutes, I was left to google.
Woman behind the counter didn?t even greet us or make eye contact when we approached the counter to order. She made our sandwiches so fast it was falling apart and there was no one even in line behind us. It?s like we were inconveniencing her. Very rude. Cheese was hard on the edges. And veggies were all wilted. Didn?t even say a word to us after checkout. Horrible customer service. Will not be back. And still no indoor seating? Come on. Don?t be too lazy to clean the floors or tables. Maybe they?re short staffed.. but who would want to work there with that staff. Not me!
Love their bagels. Was bummed they were out of salt bagels today, had the blueberry bagel instead (toasted with cream cheese). Currently no indoor seating, but there are a few tables outside to eat a bagel and drink some coffee. There was a line (about 5 people) today, but the staff was quick at helping people, so the line moves quickly. Definitely be back.
