Bojangles - Cornelius

Worst cash, bad posture and bad service. I'll wait in the car time for 10 minutes. Without answer. When the young girl with long corn rows in her head stole my extra dollar, I accidentally gave her before I could get her attention by watching her up the dollar and placing him next to the register. I ask it back, she claims I don't give her and extra dollars when I've already seen her put her on the side and act as if I had given her the right amount. It's just a dollar, but a theif is a theif and shouldn't work with money. but I have already seen her cuddle it on the side below and play as if I was wrong in not blind she did it before I could ask you back for my money. But such a bad lacing and unprofessional staff that the girl with the braid in her hair needs more training and better attitude. God bless with this dollar honey! This young cashier with really rachet attitude did this on Thursday, 8/4/22 after 730. Please note the camera owner. I hope she gets caught!

We went to the restaurant at 4:30 pm Sun 7/17 and we saw 3 people working. We stood there for 10 minutes and not one person acknowledged us. The drive-thru was their only concern. Don't open the restaurant if you can't serve on the inside. It only takes seconds to say hello.

Fries were not cooked at, all soggy, no season on fries,, no straw. This bojangles is terrible compared to the rest. I'm going to Huntersville for now on they hire the worst of worst here.

I will not eat at this bojangles again. Customer service and product were not good. Waited in drive-through line for ~10 minutes without movement before going inside. Waited at the counter for another 2 minutes (even after my presence at the register was acknowledged) before the cashier came up informing me that they were out of biscuits. Instead of ordering a chicken biscuit I ordered the chicken sandwich so to not have to wait even more. I received my food immediately but it took another minute to get an employees attention to ask for condiments. When I got in the car and opened the sandwich it was drenched in mayonnaise (at least 3 packets worth of mayonnaise). Having no napkins in the bag (which I will admit could?ve been on me for not grabbing any on my way out), I scrapped the excess Mayo off. Finally when I bit into the sandwich is was cold and a quarter of the sandwich was just breading and no meat. I personally think that the bojangles biscuit is the best biscuit but if bojangles wants to compete with other chicken companies (especially in this area) they are going to have to step up there game.

Worst service. We ordered a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit, got an egg and cheese biscuit. We ordered the meal, we got NO drink. The side was fries, they literally took fries and threw them in the bag, over the sandwich. It was the worst service we have ever seen. We won't be going to that location ever again. You all should be ashamed of the service and you owe us money due to getting the wrong sandwich and no drink.
