Female employee on the phone was very rude. When my wife asked, is this the Cornelia PH? The girl 's answer was, that 's why I answered Cornelia PH. We drove over to place and order and it was extremely cold in the restaurant. 2 employees were arguing over the thermostat. Customers were complaining about the cold but the male cook turned the air on colder...the girl tried to turn it down. The bickering and complaining by staff was appalling.Rest assured, we will not be back.
It's been a long time since I was at Pizza Hut. I was not disappointed. Service was excellent. Pizza was delicious. Thank you!!!
Manager Mike has a short fuse. He didn't like our request of Alfredo sauce instead of red sauce. He got mad and was throwing things. I tried to pay for our drinks and leave. His unprofessionalism lost this customer.
Don't get the New York pizza. Yuck. It tastes like tomato sauce and card board. No wonder those ppl from New York are so cranky. I would be too if I had to eat that. I should have gone to ingles and bought a frozen pizza. I will next
Food was excellent. They need help. Not enough employees.
