Why did you choose Friday to make them, when you can find BETTER sausage pancakes that same day on the market, and what's more CHEAPER. I find this way of acting disloyal and disrespectful towards the very nice gentleman who takes the trouble to come to Corlay... If I can advise you one thing: avoid Fridays, this will avoid killing an honest trader! After the meat fondue, I've spoken twice, know that there is no third: I will go to Quintin to do my shopping, and count on me not to advise you again.
