The coffee here is some of the finest I've ever tasted, and their range of brewing methods—like Chemex, V60, and French press—is impressive; they really know their craft at Three Fools. I have tried other coffee shops in town similar to this one but they were always missing something special which is the typica relaxed and positive attitude of people in Ireland mostly found in the country side and Cork !
