The service is top-notch—our waitress Iren is always so warm and friendly. We also noticed a new staff member who was equally helpful and welcoming. The children's menu includes coloring activities on the back, a thoughtful detail to keep kids engaged while waiting, though the wait time is rarely long. We’ll definitely be returning soon!

We even received a little extra treat to enjoy later in our room. Our servers Danielle, Ellie, and Eva were wonderful throughout the evening. Jack was a delightful, chatty presence. I highly recommend The Springboard for both dining and an overnight stay.

From the moment we stepped inside the hotel, we were surrounded by an atmosphere of five-star elegance. We started our evening with a drink at the bar, where the welcoming and friendly staff helped set a relaxed and enjoyable mood. The Springboard’s menu, showcasing a selection of locally sourced dishes, impressed us greatly; we opted for the O'Cornell's dry-aged Angus, which was superb. The service throughout our visit was outstanding, with Irene providing attentive and warm care that made our experience even more memorable. I had the hake while my companion chose the duck, and we both thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Unfortunately, the cheesecake we shared for dessert was a letdown—the crust was incredibly hard and difficult to cut. We wouldn’t order it again.
