One waitress in particular, I believe her name was Lissi, took great care of everyone. The food and coffee were excellent. This is definitely the best place in Cork for lunch. 5 stars!

The service staff was the worst I’ve ever encountered—extremely rude, making us feel unwelcome and like an inconvenience. I would strongly advise going hungry instead of dining here. I can’t speak to the food because our experience was so awful that we canceled our order and left. It’s unbelievable that they can charge nearly €20 for a sandwich with such poor service.

Two double thick burnt slices of bread with cheese, tomato and onions. No presentation, the crusts were so hard, I couldn't cut them. It really wasn't edible. The service could improve too. I definitely won't be back.

After making a few purchases in store this afternoon, we were looking at the menu, waiting for a member of staff to greet us. A few minutes passed and the staff were ignoring us so after a few minutes we walked into the coffee bar area. We asked if we could sit down, and the girl behind the counter said we 're actually closed in an abrupt tone. This was at 4.25pm on a Sunday, the rude tone caught us off guard, and we were quite shocked to be honest.

There was no presentation, and the crusts were so hard that I couldn't even cut them. It was really inedible. The service could use some improvement as well. I definitely won't be returning.
