Kara my server was absolutely superb when serving me no doubt she made my experience worth while and definitely will return due to that excellent service. Hands down the food had nothing on the service this particular staff member is definitely not being paid enough and her commitment and enthusiasm to the job at hand is unmatched by any other food chain. I recommend the little island branch for the service provided
Was honestly pleasantly surprised at the customer service here just because of the location. Located in the back of a Spar in a business park!! I have to say though the two lads serving me were brilliant. They were very friendly and chatty, seemed in great form altogether. They got me my food very quickly and by god was it delicious! Would recommend their chicken breast sandwich.
I can't even give this place a rating. I stood at the counter for 25 minutes today and no one took my order. It was truly disgraceful, especially with four staff members behind the counter, two of whom were from Subway. One woman only received half of her order and had to go back to sort it out. After witnessing all of this, I decided it was time to leave. It was a really frustrating experience.
