Ordered a cheeseburger but it came without cheese so I brought it up to the counter and a lovely woman (manager possibly as she was wearing a white shirt) apologised and made me a fresh cheeseburger. It was piping hot and delicious. Mistakes happen. Its how you deal with them that makes all the difference. I was very impressed with how swiftly and politely she dealt with the matter. 10/10 View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Mc Donald's food has gone down in recent times in my opinion. The drive through was the only option because of covid and did move relatively quickly but food was bland and far from hot when received. The staff are ever friendly but the food leaves a lot to be desired. View all feedback.

The best McDonald’s in cork county, great service, great eating, great staff, great atmosphere, very clean, excellent restaurant!
Beautiful breakfast and large cappuccino for approx. 6,50 € cannot go wrong
Service were good but overall were left down by lack of clean up generally !!!
