Le Chateau is the only bar on the main street of Cork City which is Saint Patrick's Street. It is one of the longest established bars in Cork and is always a really good place to visit. It has a very cosy and comfortable atmosphere inside and the outdoor seating area is great fun with so many people walking around the city centre View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Le Chateau:
Excellent location. However staff rushed you, as soon as your drink was almost finished you were asked if you needed another and on saying no....glasses were instantly removed the second they were empty and table wiping started whilst still sitting there!!! we did not feel particularly comfortable or welcome View all feedback.

I don't see why there are negative reviews for this place. It's a fantastic spot to enjoy a drink. The owner was wonderful and had plenty of interesting stories to share. It's one of the oldest establishments in town.
