Lab 82 was such a lovely place, it was cosy to be inside there and I loved how retro it was. Myself and a friend got the Cookie Sunday and it was amazing. It was definitely value for money. View all feedback.

What Helen M dislikes about Lab 82 Coffee:
Stopped here for breakfast based on the reviews, ended up being quite disappointed. I ordered the Ultimate Eggs Benedict and a Flat White. The presentation was fabulous, however the eggs were overcooked, the hollandaise and potatoes were bland, and the coffee tasted like dirt. The manager had a new coffee made for me, and it was exactly the same. Gave 1 extra star as I was not made to pay for the meal. View all feedback.

This is a fantastic place for breakfast and lunch, or even just a quick coffee break. They offer a wide variety of delicious dessert options as well. I highly recommend trying the bacon maple syrup waffles—they're the perfect way to kick off your weekend morning! The staff is friendly, and there’s plenty of space inside and outside to enjoy your meal.

If I could give more stars, I absolutely would! The food here is simply amazing. The cakes are top-notch, and the quality of the food is outstanding. The coffee is uniquely blended with superb taste. This is, without a doubt, the best place in Ireland for both sweet and savory dishes, and the prices are quite reasonable, too. The sweet treats are to die for—especially the Biscoff caramel slice and the Kinder cookie dough with caramel, which are just perfect. The Lab has something for everyone, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The owners and head chef go out of their way to connect with every customer, making this place truly special. Please keep doing what you're doing!

I was fortunate to avoid a lunch rush during my visit. The food was excellent, with wonderfully fresh flavors! I really enjoyed the atmosphere and will definitely return.

One of my favorite places to go within Cork, the menu whilst not extensive is all delicious, I've never had a meal here that didn't leave me satisfied. I'm a big fan of the Eggs Benedict Florentine, the desserts are amazing as well. The general vibe and atmosphere in here is quite unique and really stands out amongst the other restaurants cafes within the city, they've a Plexi glass glass panel built into the floor near the seated area which grants you a view into the kitchen where you can see the desserts being made. Portion sizes are good and the value for money is great here. The owner of the place is often around and goes out of his way to make you feel welcome and adds a charm to the place you don't get elsewhere. Whilst I'm not a coffee enthusiast personally the coffee here was one of the best I've had. Option to order via QR code at the table also available for those who would rather less social interaction.
