We were on the hunt for a good homemade traditional Irish dinner, something we had trouble finding until we discovered Kelly's. It was exactly what we were looking for! The food was delicious and the portions were generous. The vegetable mash and chips paired with perfectly cooked meat were excellent, and there were plenty of dessert options to choose from. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Cork. Four courses for just 18 euros—what's not to love?
I really enjoy her dishes; they remind me of a comforting home-cooked meal and are also quite affordable. The staff is consistently helpful and friendly, adding to the experience. The atmosphere is wonderfully relaxed and inviting.
The restaurant features beautiful homemade dishes, a friendly staff, and excellent value for the price.
At Kelly's, it's a single menu for €20. The meal is simple and effective. The products are fresh, the meat delicious and the service charming. On the plate, an invigorating autumn vegetable soup, a grilled pork chop cooked to perfection, a corned beef that melts in your mouth, all accompanied by seasonal vegetables (carrots, cabbage, turnips, mashed potatoes) and for dessert the traditional Apple pie. A simple and efficient place where you feel at home.
