I recently ordered a vegan burger from Holy Smoke through deliveroo, but received a meat dish instead by accident. I called the restaurant and spoke to a lady who I believe was the manager, and she immediately apologized and rushed to the kitchen to prepare a new burger for me. The replacement burger, along with an extra portion of chips and an additional coke, was delivered to me in minutes. The kitchen staff even wrote an apology on the burger box, and the manager included a note in the bag apologizing as well. This level of service was truly exceptional and some of the best I have ever experienced. The burger and chips were delicious, so Holy Smoke will now be my top choice and recommendation for everyone. If you're looking for incredible food and fantastic service, this is the place to visit!
