Ordered large amount of food, found flies in chickenball batter. Rang to resolve the issue and their response was that they could refund the chicken balls or give a voucher. Disgraceful. Food safety authority has been contacted

We live close to this restaurant and we are ordering food from them often. They do great daily offers where you can get a full meal (eg Satay Chicken wirh rice or chips and a can of soda for €7 which is great!!!! Tastefull food and great prices go together here : Its our favourite asian restaurant!

We got our takeaways here for over a year and always found the food good. However we most recently ordered a take away and found a large bone located in a chicken spring roll. My husband called the restaurant and asked to speak with a manager, he was advised she was too busy and would call back this did not happen. My husband called again 2 days later and managed to speak to a manager. She advised that chicken breast meat is used in chicken spring rolls. This evidently is not the case as there was a large bone found. Despite giving this chinese business for over a year we were advised that if we wanted to take this further we would need to contact a solicitor and the manager hung up. Horrific customer service, no concern for well being of customers or dealing with complaints in an appropriate way.

Honestly, have loved this place for so many years but it’s been slipping and slipping year by year. Today put the final nail in the coffin. Each time I order soup, they are unable to put the cover on properly and half of it spills in the bag. Today, the soup was bland as hell. Literally tasted like water. Had to add a looooad of salt. If that wasn’t enough, my spring rolls were massacred. I actually can’t believe they served that to a customer.. What a shame. Such a nice place gone down the dumps.

Always get our takeaway from this restaurant, always happy. very generous portions. complimentary prawn crackers and canned drink with each main course ordered.
