Decided to go to Dennys last night after I finished work arrived there about 9.15pm and was there no longer then 2 minutes when a thin blonde girl came out and... read more Decided to go to Dennys last night after I finished work arrived there about 9.15pm and was there no longer then 2 minutes when a thin blonde girl came out and said no more to me then 'out of chips, shop closed ' it was incredibly rude, there is a way to speak to people and she had an awful attitude I just left then, although I was going to get chips, how was she to know I was? I could have been getting something else, seemed a bit ridiculous to be honest could have worded it a lot differently, such as 'we will be closing up early as we are out of chips but is there something else you would like before we close?, sorry for any inconvenience caused ' I won 't be going back now and I have heard from a lot of people that this persons attitude stinks. UPDATE If I could give -5 stars I would, the owner Tom reached out to me a few days ago that he would investigate the situation, he rang me last night more or less defending his staff member, putting her attitude from the other day down to a personal matter, I get things happen but how was I to know that at the time? Its a pretty lousy excuse for the way I was made feel, also as she is a foreign national, he gave the excuse that 's the way they talk, they talk differently to us . But yet he told me she was a loyal staff member who worked for him since 2004, it isn 't hard to add, sorry, please and thank you into your curriculum when you 've lived here 20 years. I will never use dennys again and I 'd urge anyone else not to aswell.

There's a young blonde girl who is particularly pleasant and polite; she always makes time to chat with me. I don't know her name, but I appreciate her friendliness.
