What User doesn't like about Cork Fork:
Cork Fork is a nice restaurant but the food was disappointing. The Pasta Carbonara really lacked the appropriate flavour of authentic carbonara. It had very little pancetta or bacon and was clearly not finished properly with egg yolks. My wife's cheeseburger was a towering mound which had to be cut in pieces to eat. Unfortunately, the red wine was allegedly served at room temperature which was way above 26 degrees ce... View all feedback.
Met a few friends before Christmas. I'm glad I organised this and made this booking. From the person who checked us into the restaurant, I felt well looked around. Portions were huge and there was no lack of food on offer. The restaurant is cozy but well spaced. I enjoyed the whole experience. Thanks for a nice evening one and all
Chowder was very good, the steak sandwich that's in the picture was pretty good too. Staff is nice and friendly, and prices are reasonable for the location. Overall a good experience.
Lovely little place in a quiet alley in Cork city center. They have awesome Eastern European options as « dishes of the day » I tried the hot dog (cheap and delicious to have on the go), the chicken wings and the burger. All of it was excellent and service was really nice as well. It was easy to find a spot outside on a weekday. You’ll probably need a booking if you’re going on the weekend !
Excellent dining experience from start to finish. It is great to find such a family friendly restaurant in the heart of the city. Waiting staff were lovely, food was delicious, portions were generous and prices were very reasonable.....we look forward to returning
Accidentally bumped into this restaurant and just had one of the best seafood chowders in my life, the ingredients are so fresh, the coup creamy but not thick. The catch of the day was also done beautifully and deliciously, what a nice surprise. Unfortunately I'm pretty full otherwise I would love to try their cakes, looks so tempting! I had mostly Irish today but they do serve multinational food like Spanish, French, Italian and their staple Polish. And their menu is very reasonably priced. The servers are super friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommended!
