Such a great buzz in the bar
The Brú is an absolutely brilliant place to stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms, fair prices and free breakfast! The only downside: it can be quite loud on weekends, since some rooms are directly above the bar. The bar itself is awesome to hang out later in the day and to check out local musicians. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come again!
Mide and Jack were so friendly and nice. They were the best hosts and couldn’t have been better. They made the whole experience fun and enjoyable. Would definitely come back here again. The drinks were of high quality and the bar was enjoyable and great craic. Would highly recommend anyone coming here. You could not find a better place in cork.
This is a fantastic spot! The staff are outstanding, and Jack was especially helpful. The atmosphere is great, with good music and affordable beer. The room was comfortable as well. Thank you for a wonderful experience; I will definitely return, as I've stayed in several hostels in Cork, and this one is by far the best!
This was by far the best hostel experience I’ve had in Ireland! The facilities are very clean and easy to access. The room I stayed in was well-furnished and had ample space for my belongings, as well as coat hangers and a decent bathroom with a warm shower. The bed was comfortable too. I enjoyed spending time in the cozy TV room, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything I needed for cooking. Plus, it’s located above a bar that offers live music, which is a great bonus!
