Never met her before , don't k... read more Beautiful food in both premises, but on the two occasions I've visited Balance District I've met the same woman with an attitude. Never met her before , don't know her. Not even thank you after paying. For this reason alone, I won't be returning. She really is a dreadful person.

So only for 1 or 2 waitresses that get distracted in conversation. I once waited 20 minutes for 2 take away coffees and then was giving then in a ceramic mug! A... read more So only for 1 or 2 waitresses that get distracted in conversation. I once waited 20 minutes for 2 take away coffees and then was giving then in a ceramic mug! After asking twice I was in a hurry so very inconvenient for me. The 2 waitresses were busy chatting behind the counter on a busy time, so disappointed at this. I never went for a take away coffee again. But go for breakfast from time to time.This place is amazing food is top the new waitress Alison is amazing great service and great at her job very efficient.

One staff member stood quite close behind me while I was ordering, which felt a little awkward since I wasn’t sure if she was speaking to me. The toilets were very clean.

I once waited 20 minutes for two takeaway coffees, which were then served in ceramic mugs! After asking twice, it was quite inconvenient as I was in a hurry. The two waitresses were busy talking behind the counter during a busy time, which was disappointing. Since then, I haven’t ordered takeaway coffee again. However, I do enjoy breakfast here from time to time. The food is excellent, and the new waitress Alison provides fantastic service—she’s very efficient and great at her job. Overall, this place is amazing.
