Apache Pizza - Cork

Pizza colder than the drinks that came with it. Completely comminuted to the point that the plastic piece had embossed the lower section of the box inside. I shouldn't have to bake my own pizza because she sat in someone's car until she's emptied. I'll try scissors Street the next time.

I tried ordering Pizza online, but since I don't have an Irish phone number this didn't work. Fair enough. I called and the lady I spoke to was very accomodating, she said it wouldn't be a problem at all with a foreign number and she took my order, telling me the Pizza would arrive withing 30 minutes. I was delighted and looked forward to a delicious Pizza. An hour later, a bit hungry now, I got impatient and called them. Again the lady on the phone was apologetic and told me the Pizza is enroute and should be there shortly. Another half an hour later, there's still no Pizza and I am close to eating anything, that looks edible. I called them again, this time a guy picked up the phone, and told me, that the delivery man had been there but couldn't find the apartment and he didn't call me because they can't call foreign numbers. I told him that I've been informed before, that that wouldn't be a problem. He then proceeded to tell me, that they anyway don't even deliver to my neighbourhood, that they shouldn't have taken the order to start with and that he can't do anything for me. Long story short, I ordered Domino's. Yummy!

As a regular customer of apache pizza hollyhill, I was very disappointed with my experience this evening, normal we would ring our order in for delivery and on occasion collect. On this occasion I decided on passing to drop in and order over the counter. Now to be fair it was guite busy mostly people collecting orders from phone ins. I placed my order at the counter just medium size pizza waited approx 25mins. After this I asked if the pizza was in the process of being made at this stage the shop had got quite. The staff looked at each other with blank expressions and one staff member asked another colleague if they had made the pizza to which the response was to shrug their shoulders so I requested my money back and left. With not so much as an apology not great customer service

I pre ordered at 8.10 pm an hour in advance for 9.15pm it took nearly an hour for the food to show up even though it was pre ordered and when it finally arrived at 10.10pm the food was stone cold and the employees were extremely rude on the phone

Never seen a place to get stuff wrong like it and food being delivered in cooler bags full of ice
