The owner, who is Chinese, was very rude! They made mistakes with my pizza order, and when I returned it to exchange, he refused to replace it and argued with me. He didn’t give me a refund for the wrong order and simply took back the pizza in a rude manner. I ended up paying for nothing. I’m very unhappy and can’t believe such poor service exists in the village of Glanmire. View all feedback.
This place has been very disappointing in the last three months. We waited over 2 hours for our delivery. The chicken was not good, and the pizza and chips were just average.
The Chinese owner of this restaurant was very rude! There were mistakes made with my pizza order and when I tried to exchange it, he never exchanged it and argued with me in a rude manner. He never replaced the order or refunded me for the wrong order, and instead took his pizza back. I ended up paying for nothing. I am very unhappy with the service I received in the village of Glanmire. Shocking.
I just don't know where to start. Paid 20.50 for Big Pizza 13.99 Souce 3 for 1.50 Delivery 3.00 Online Fee 0.50c This is 18.99 from where you get 20.50? But I'm not complaining about 1.50? Well, there was no souce in the delivery, the driver is a nice guy, but next time please give him some cash on hands as he had no change. So I had to run to get the change. Bad experience.
Good pizza at a great price. Very friendly and helpful staff
Decent selection of pizzas, always find something to suit everyone in the family. The kids love the pepperoni.
