Description
A popular brunch spot offering good food and service, although the coffee quality may vary. Despite the barista's lack of attention, the black pudding was among the best ever had. Booking in advance is recommended due to its popularity. The restaurant is efficient during busy times, with delicious food and appealing presentation. A gem with a great menu, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. Lovely light lunch options available. Tasty food and excellent service. One drawback may be limited drink options. Overall, a highly recommended dining experience, especially for breakfast or brunch.

The 12 tables now offer Evening Dining Friday and Saturday. Decided to dine there with my wife on Saturday. The first thing you will notice is the lovely Ambience the minute you step inside. A nice friendly welcome by a staff member, and a noticeable buzz around the already busy restaurant. Service was excellent and the main course was served within 20 minutes, giving us a chance to settle in and enjoy a glass of wine. Steak for myself which was perfectly cooked , succulent and full of flavour. My wife had Salmon which was also top class. Portions were more than enough and a superb desert followed. Servers were attentive and all in all a very enjoyable evening. Well done to the hard working Kitchen Staff , and yet another superb Evening Dining Spot has been added to Douglas. Advisable to book beforehand.
In any case, they must make a reservation as this restaurant is extremely popular, especially for weekend brunch. The service was excellent and the decor is lovely. However, I am giving it three stars because of the coffee. The barista on the day we visited seemed to not care at all. Every coffee we ordered was either spilled, too hot, burnt, incorrect, or messy. Some of the coffees even tasted terrible. The food, on the other hand, was fantastic. I had the black pudding, which was one of the best I have ever had for brunch. Perhaps they should stick to serving tea instead.
Great spot for brunch! There's an a large selection of breakfasts to choose from on the menu, all of which use good quality Irish ingredients. The coffee is a little bitter for my taste but good nonetheless. Can be quite busy at weekends so worth booking in advance especially for a larger group
A very enjoyable brunch in a very busy restaurant. Booking ESSENTIAL. Very interesting menu and very attentive helpful staff. There were a number of walk ins while we were there and staff did a great job juggling everything to accommodate all. No easy parking nearby be careful of areas that are managed by APCOA clampers. Best park in the Shopping centre car park and walk to the restaurant
