Anyway, I’m assuming they jus... read more I went in there today, 9/26/23 for lunch because it was the only quick place that wasn’t pizza on my way home from work in Hadley. Anyway, I’m assuming they just had some kind of inspection bc the manager looking woman came out from the back saying “we didn’t fail, but we missed pulling this hot food by 20 mins bc we got busy” while looking over at the one table of 4 people in the whole place me, the only person in line. Then proceeds to say “oh and that lettuce that i set to the side, I should have pulled it thrown it out” which made me look down at the clearly brown, mushy lettuce in the serving cooler. But I was hungry, so I got my normal 6in tuna sub, minus the lettuce. Even tho the tuna may have looked a little questionable. I thought to myself “I should ask for fresher tuna” but didn’t want to come off as rude. I wish I would have bc i came home to eat it it was extremely sour. I gaged as soon as I bit into it. Never have had this happen at any subway before. But should have known by the way half of the food looked. I used to work at subway and lazy managers would remark dates on containers so they wouldn’t have to wash them out and out fresh product in that’s what’s clearly happening here. Y’all should really change out that old stinky tuna. Bc I didn’t deserve to pay for that. Thanks a lot unfortunately I tipped y’all

Pay attention to the way its assembled, personally I ask for cheese on before the meat, then the vegetable, with the meat as a separater, the cheese doesn't get slimy touching wet vegetables, personal opinion, give it a try. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
