Last Saturday I ordered a special cake for my sister's birthday. I was blown away ! It truly was the most beautiful and most delicious cake I have ever seen and the pleasure of tasting! Honestly it was magnificent! I have received so so many compliments and I have happily forwarded Mike's Bakery information. Thank you to Mike and everyone at this wonderful bakery! You helped to make my sister's birthday a magnificent event ! Mike's Bakery will always be my go to bakery !

I order a heart shaped strawberry cheesecake for Valentines Day we were super excited to cut a slice and then we found out you don't cut a slice you have to scoop it out because there is no crust. The filling was amazing but were still disappointed as the crust is our favorite part. They definitely should have let us know before ordering because I would have ordered a normal cheesecake. I have been here several times without this issue.

After waiting for 5 minutes, two other customers and I decided to leave. The person at the counter was on the phone the entire time, while at least two other employees in the back were chatting. One of them glanced at us several times but never offered any help.

I ordered the red velvet flavor, but it was dry and cold, and it tasted more like a grocery store cupcake rather than a freshly baked one from a bakery. I was really disappointed.
