Lake Cities Cafe - Corinth
Lake Cities Cafe
Description
An old-school diner serving generous, home-cooked breakfasts and comforting lunches — fried chicken, seasoned meatloaf, cucumber salad and a celebrated lemon cream pie shine. Staff are warm and often attentive, prices are reasonable, and kid-friendly touches (Mickey Mouse pancakes) plus ample parking boost its appeal. Inconsistencies occur: service can be slow or indifferent at times, and pancakes or hash browns are occasionally under- or overcooked. Still, nostalgic charm and hearty portions keep many patrons coming back.

I really want to adore this place, but I've found the pancakes can occasionally be undercooked in the center. The hash browns are sometimes a bit overcooked as well. On the bright side, the staff is friendly and the service is typically quick. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5.
The waitress was very pleasant and attentive, and the overall service was quick! Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the food. I ordered the pork chops with scrambled eggs and hash browns, but I found it quite disappointing. My daughter had pancakes and bacon, and she didn't enjoy her meal either. Overall, I would rate the food a 1 out of 5.
Came in after the breakfast rush and before the lunch crowd. Couldn't get anyone to wait on us. After 10 minutes we left. We told the young lady behind the counter but she clearly wasn't concerned. Sad... food at the other tables looked good.
The service, atmosphere is great. It’s clean and organized but the food is horrible my hash browns weren’t fully cooked, eggs tasted horrible and my moms omelette made her sick the chocolate milk was so bland. So sad I really wanted to like this place
