What bugg frogg doesn't like about Jojo’s Lil’ Chicago:
Horrible customer service. Called to place a pick up order as the woman I spoke to on the phone advised me to do earlier in the day. I was on hold for over 5 minutes when I was hung up on. When I attempted to call back the phone was just not answered. My husband arrived at the place and ordered for me inside the store and was made to wait on drive thru orders that were made after he ordered inside the store. Very unp... View all feedback.
