I made a reservation on October 21 for the 31st and after arriving, which is very poorly signposted, they tell me that they don't know about the reservation and that they feed us but in the cafeteria, there, like we're plagued. Well, very bad, gentlemen, that's not how things are done... I wish you the best, but with that treatment, I highly doubt it. I wish I would let them throw away that table, which was ours, for not knowing how to do their job well.
