Highly recomend lamb with spearmint, I highly doubt you will ever want to eat lamb as you were eating it before. Personally, lamb was not my go-to dish in any other restaurant, and I was surprised to see on the menu they prepare it with mint... But the flavours combine so beautifully, lamb aftertaste melts with spearmint and creates a flavour that is so harmonious that I can't even describe.
