The waiter was the high point of this visit. The onion rings, normally large, were quite small, like a fast food order. The cheese and bacon fondue came out in a little plastic to-go container with hardly any in it. When questioned, I was informed they were putting too much in the dishes on the menu. Burgers were great. Wait time not bad. Friendly waiter. The Root beer float was yummy too.
First time at this location. Our servers shift ended in the middle of our meal. A young guy took over and he was awesome. So what started as average service ended with some of the best service at a restaurant we have ever had. Don't know his name but two thumbs up for the awesome job he did.
Fantastic Sunset Lemonade! The fried pickles were tasty but a tad bit greasy. The cheese sticks were good but the marinara was not.Our server absolutely hates her job and makes it obvious.
Service was great. Mixed drink wasn't made as asked. Was missing topping. Food was really good. Fried were fresh and hot! Can pay at the table on the machine now, which I love!
We waited over an hour for our food and they messed the order up 3 times. The first time, they gave another table our order. The second time they made my eggs over easy, and I asked for over hard, on my royal red robin burger. The 3rd time they had American cheese on it and I asked for pepper jack cheese. My girlfriend had the scorpion burger and they didn't make that right as well.
