Chequered Flag - Corby

I have visited the chequered flag a few times and while I wouldn't say it was amazing, I have been fairly satisfied. However, my experience yesterday was terrible. I told the waitress that it was the worst meal I have ever had. There were several issues with our meals - they were burnt, cold, dried up, and clearly reheated from a previous time. Even the carrot sticks meant for my child were white and seemed to have been sitting out for a long time. I did complain and received a partial refund, but it wasn't about the money for me. I will never dine there again. Additionally, the cutlery was dirty and the buckets containing sauces were filthy.

My experience at Chequered Flag in Corby has always been pleasant, with good service and food. However, during my visit on Friday, January 15th, I was disappointed. After placing our order at the bar, we waited for our meal but it never arrived. When I inquired about it, I received a burnt beef burger with overcooked cheese and awful chips. The salt, pepper, and sauce bottles also needed a good cleaning. Unfortunately, no staff member checked on our satisfaction and when we tried to complain, there was only one staff member busy with another customer. Overall, I left as a very disappointed customer.
