While the restaurant shows promise with its friendly and efficient service, the food quality leaves much to be desired. Diners report issues with poorly assembled tacos and missing ingredients, leading to frustration over incomplete orders. Moreover, unsatisfactory experiences with cleanliness and inventory management—like finding hair in a taco and frequent outages of desired menu items—contribute to disappointment. Nevertheless, some patrons appreciate the establishment's consistently hot meals and the helpfulness of the staff, who effectively manage requests. Overall, the restaurant has potential, but it must address these ongoing issues to truly satisfy its customers.

Food is usually good, but they keep taking the good stuff off the menu!
The food has been pretty good and hot so I'm not even upset with the store itself.... but the ppl who are on the inventory deal needs to add Cinnabon's to their list bc they are constantly out. And this makes the 2nd time we've come to get them and been stuck in the drive thru with no way out. Very disappointed
Update 11/2021Changed from 3 star to 1 star. The north Corbin location has gone downhill since the new building opened up. In the last three visits we ended up without several tacos, burritos and chalupas. Along with that part of our order isn't made correctly and cold. Ordered from here on the weekend of 11/12/21 and ended up severe food poisoning. Definitely do not recommend this location. Do not go to the north Corbin location during night shift hours (from personal experience after 4pm) because they will either make your food wrong (don't care about customization) or short you a few items. We've lost out on about 7 10 items since this new location opened from the night shift crew (a record of 4 missing items once). We will only try two drive thru attempts most ending in an incorrect order still.Day shift is amazing. They have great customer service and they always make our food to order with our complete order correct on first go through the drive thru. Definitely recommend this place before 4pm.
Food is always fresh. Fast service and a fair price. Menu can be confusing from the large selection. They are polite and allow plenty of time to order.
The taco dish was poorly made, with very little salad or cheese. It seemed to be put together with leftover ingredients, leaving me to eat just two half-filled, broken tacos for dinner.
