Stopped in by chance for a meal. Very welcoming. Excellent food. Very good value for money. Highly recommended. Very friendly service.
Don't miss L'Abbatiale in Corbie; it's a charming and cozy little restaurant that deserves to be better known. The welcome is warm and friendly. It all starts with amuse-bouches while you choose your dish and wait. The menu is small, but that's a guarantee of homemade cuisine using local and seasonal produce, and it shows. The vegetables are full of flavor, my duck breast was tender and perfectly cooked—we thoroughly enjoyed it. The dishes are as delicious as they are beautiful. Even children are treated like royalty. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return. Thank you to the manager and the chef.
A great place, I highly recommend it. Fresh ingredients and sophisticated dishes that are out of the ordinary. The price is very reasonable considering what you get. Appetizer, starter, main course, and dessert for 45 euros.
The best restaurant in Corbie. Congratulations on the quality work with excellent ingredients! See you very soon!

Nothing very special about this place but the food in nice and is your typical food from the region. We have been in the area on a few occasions now and it was a pleasant place to spend an evening.
We had a steak with fries, and chicken supreme fillet in a 'crumble ' coating. The bavette steak, though not beef on the bone as shown on the menu (run out? , was OK but would have benefitted from some trimming of fat and gristle. The chicken dish was awful we should really have sent it back but that would have spoiled the ambience of the evening. There were three or four small pieces of very dry chicken, a small about of jus, and a very sparse accompaniment of vegetables (x1 asparagus spear, x1 carrot, and x1 small piece of cauliflower . One desert (shared , two glasses of wine and one small beer, finishing with two coffees came to 80 Euro.
So we are two Australians who don’t speak French and L’Abbatiale only speak French. Good start. However with plenty of miming and laughing we were treated to a lovely dinner. The warm Camembert and fig dish is to die for and didn’t do my diet any favours. We had beef burgers for mains and they were incredible. Doesn’t sound very French but it was very much a French style. Couldn’t fit in dessert. Would definitely recommend
However enjoyed the food. Not haute cuisine but good filling food with some typical Picarde dishes. We were happy.
We have travelled throughout France and eaten some wonderful food but on this occasion we were very disappointed with our meal at L'Abbatiale. The lady who welcomed us was very pleasant, however. The menu was quite limited not necessarily a bad thing) , the food was plentiful but very average. We ordered wine but left some which is a rare thing for us to do. A bottle of water was over 6 euros. A mediocre meal for two cost us 102 Euros so it wasn't a cheap but cheerful meal.
