Specifically ordered two chicken breasts. Got one wing and something that wasn't what I would say is a breast. At least not a wing. Staff seems incompetent which unfortunately seems to be the standard these days. Sub par.

To add insult to injury the extra crispy was burnt chicken with all shriveled up and dried out !!!!! Any mother and father with kids know when they get home with KFC the kids want to eat it!!!! My time I called KFC my kids knew leete all ready eating it and complaining about how bad it was!!!!! I we're not recommend going to this KFC in Moon township to anybody!!! I know restaurants have their bad days new employees but this is the third time it is not worth spending $30 on a meal you cannot eat????

I really lov... read more I had a terrible experience at KFC. I paid $30 for chicken that was dried out! The coleslaw was also disappointing – it was tough and hard to chew. I really love KFC, but if this is how it’s going to be, I won’t be returning. The mashed potatoes and gravy were good, but overall, this isn’t what I expect from KFC. Very disappointing!
