Domino's Pizza - Coraopolis

I had a frustrating experience when I called to place an order. The woman who answered the phone had a strong accent, which made it difficult to communicate. She took a long time asking for my name and then kept referring to me as "Mr. Gary." It felt like she was reading from a script, as she kept repeating herself. I tried to tell her to speed things up since I was short on time, but she only took longer with her overly polite responses and apologies. When I finally asked how long my order would take, she hung up on me. I would recommend ordering from a place where the staff is easier to understand.

Not great. It wasn't terrible, but it was still pretty disappointing. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

The service was unreliable. It was extremely late. They mentioned that it would take 20-25 minutes, but in reality, it took 50 minutes.

This place is terrible. Worst customer service I have ever received. My friend who is very allergic to gluten got sent a pizza that wasn’t not gluten free. The lady on the phone hung up three times on us when we asked for a refund. She offered no help and laughed at us when we told her that our friend is very allergic to gluten free pizza. She is terrible. I hope this place gets shut down. She tried telling me that I needed to call back tomorrow, then said she will call back in 15 minutes, then she said she can give a free non gluten free pizza coupon. Like what is wrong with people. The fact she laughed about the allergy is an issue and I hope she gets fired

These guys are good, ordered a sub and wings, happy with both.
