Sat for over an hour to get my order placed. Thought going inside would be faster but they always cater to the drive through first. Waited for over an hour to place an order while going inside. Never going back. And the food was disgustingly made. Staffis unfriendly and unprofessional.
So I went there at 10:30 spent 5 minutes at the speaker waiting for someone to take my order. They finally took my order. They rang me up for a soft party pack then they changed it to the supreme pack. I told the lady taking my order I wanted only meatand cheese she repeated it back to me. I went to the window and spoke to the cashier and explained again I wanted the regularparty pack plain. Why did the price go from 18.99 to 23.99 he told me tax. So I paid took it home and all my tacos had sourcream on them. They ripped me off. Then I proceeded to call the store and the manager victor said I could come back the next dayand he would replace the order. So I went back the next day around noon. I went inside and went to the register and 4 employeessaw me standing there but did not come to the register to talk to me. So finally somebody comes over and I tell them I lookingfor victor cause my order got messed up. They told me victor 2 . It took me a minute to figure out that she was trying to tellme that he was not in till 2pm because she did not speak english. So I did not get my replacement food because they would nothoner what I was told on the phone when I called about the order. So now I have to go back there again. Such an inconvenience.
I placed an order 20 mins in advance. 530 pickup online order. I wait an additional 20 mins in restaurant then inquire about my order. She prints my order then proceeds to start it. I tell her no, don’t bother cancel my order. They can’t, and refused to refund me because it was online They call store manager who’s more incompetent then the staff and refuses. I had to call corporate to get a refund with many “ unacceptable”. Not a single thing was offered for my 2 hour hassle for order then for refund. I will never order from another Taco Bell again.
