What User likes about Panera Bread:
Thank you for donating the Ronald McDonald house to bread. My husband and I stay there because our little boy in NICU Bay 1 is at UIHC and that was really a blessing. View all feedback. What User doesn't like about Panera Bread:
The worst Panera's in Johnson Co. I gave them 3 stars for convenient location good bagels. When they opened, yrs back, their bagels were undercooked doughy. They have improved. They stopped answereing their phone, even at 7am. Since the Covid induced work shortage, it got worse. Best branches are at Coral Ridge Mall or Sycamore Mall. Better service too. View all feedback.

read morePanera Bread's latest location offers a mixed dining experience that straddles quality food and challenging service. While many patrons enjoy the classic menu and friendly staff, others report lackluster service, with disinterested cashiers and frustrating interactions. The restaurant's layout proves to be problematic, leading to congestion that hampers customer flow and navigation. Complaints about food quality, such as undercooked dishes and inadequate portion sizes, have also surfaced. Despite these issues, some customers appreciate the inviting atmosphere for remote work and commend the fresh ingredients. With necessary adjustments to both service and logistics, Panera could significantly enhance its overall reputation.
Always a great experience here. Fast service and good food!
Nice panera. Clean and service has improved significantly since the first opening.
It was our first time there. I liked the quiet atmosphere. Really nice for a visit with old friends.
