Contribute FeedbackI have eaten in several Bone Fish restaurants. I frequent the one in Plantation the most. There food is good and the prices are fair.
Their drinks are exceptional; the martinis are fantastic, and they have been consistently enhancing their wine list. Be sure to check out the featured and reserve wine selections, which boast outstanding bottles that have received high ratings in Wine Spectator Magazine and are reasonably priced for their quality. For the main course, the Chilean Seabass Oscar, generously topped with asparagus and jumbo lump crab meat, was incredible. The seabass was flawlessly cooked—tender, decadent, and it melted in my mouth. The other entrée, the Pistachio Parmesan Rainbow Trout, is truly a hidden gem on the menu, sautéed to a golden brown and crusted with breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, and pistachios—it was absolutely delicious. For dessert, we indulged in Bananas Foster, which could easily feed an army! It features large scoops of vanilla ice cream, buttery caramel sauce, bananas, and crispy cinnamon-encrusted tortillas at the bottom that soak up all the deliciousness of this delightful treat. Overall, Bonefish Grill in Coral Springs is the top spot in town for great food, fantastic drinks, and wonderful moments with friends and family.
Bone Fish Grill offers excellent food and service. Their fish is always fresh. I highly recommend the bang bang shrimp—definitely order two servings!
Our youngest son ordered an apple martini, a 6 oz sirloin, house salad, and key lime pie. He found everything cooked to perfection, and the martini was excellent. My oldest son had the same meal minus the martini and also praised everything. My partner had the "Fontina chop" (prepared with fontina cheese, garlic, prosciutto, and mushroom Marsala wine sauce) and couldn’t stop raving about how good it was. While my sons enjoyed their steaks, mine was disappointingly tough and filled with gristle. We all shared the bang bang shrimp, a dish they’re apparently famous for, and everyone loved it—flavorful and more than enough for four men to start our meal. Our server, Christa, was excellent, providing detailed explanations about the dishes and recommending that we only order one order of the bang bang shrimp since portions were generous. The restaurant itself was quite noisy, which was another letdown, though that’s not the establishment’s fault. Our total bill before tip was $122.38, which I thought was reasonable. While I indicated that I wouldn’t return, I suspect my sons and partner would vote otherwise. I strongly recommend making reservations if you plan to visit.
