Staff is friendly, quick and efficient. Pizza is always delicious and baked just right.

I was so excited to see a Pieology in the area, but highly disappointed in the service here.The good: lobby was clean.Bad: There was one gentleman preparing all pies since they had run out of dough at 2:30 on a Saturday. After waiting to be spoken to for 5 mins, I asked was the gentleman working alone he said no. A young lady comes out from the back to put the finishing on the pizzas. I asked for Pesto on the veggie pizza, to which she did nodded. I get to the car and I notice she put it on the wrong pizza. I go back in and she reluctantly said “do you want me to make another or something??” To which I said yes. Not an apology or anything. I asked for a drink after waiting for 10 min(they made other pizzas before my remake). She then tried to charge me for it! I declined and asked for water instead. A total of 25 min visit, which usually is only 10. I understand it’s a holiday weekend but the service was very subpar

Food is amazing at pieology u can put all u want in ur pizza but i went over today with my regular order, the staff was super rude we weren't welcomed at all and we kept asking questions since i invited people that had never gone before so they didn't know how it worked. there was a manager named trish she took us with an attitude had her airpods on so she could barely hear us, she didn't wanna make our pizzas as she said to her coworker im tired of them i dont wanna deal with them anymore as we were right in front of her, we kept asking if she could please put more cheese but she would put like a few strings so i asked at least 2 times and in the third she took a handful and just tossed it in there, when she checked us out we told her we wanted to split the bill and she just replied how? So i said all 3 pizzas separately and then she pulled out her vape and hit it against the register, when i asked if she was the manager she turned around and ignored me so i asked again and she said im the manager when i asked for another manager she said she was the only one when she is clearly not after i asked multiple times who was above her she said the store manager was gabriel and walked away. Unfortunately because of this experience i will not be coming back and the people i went with today which was they're first time either as it was a bad impression.
