For the most part, this customer service location is good. Food is McDonald's so can't complain about it and it's usually nice and hot. Only complaint if one of the selected few employees would be who never seem to smile or even want to seem friendly enough where to feel comfortable to ask for help if one is needed. Overall, this location offers decent customer service. The food is typical McDonald's fare, so I can't really complain, and it's generally served hot. My only concern is with a few specific employees who often don’t smile or seem approachable, making it uncomfortable to ask for assistance if needed.
I had some issues with both the kiosk and the app, which was frustrating. However, the staff member at the counter was very helpful when they were available. The person I suspect was the manager, as they were wearing a different uniform, kept glancing at me but didn't acknowledge my apology. That’s why I gave it 4 stars.
