What Marcia Bernhard likes about Big Mike's Baking Company:
I recently visited Big Mike's restaurant and was warmly greeted by Big Mike himself as he came out of the kitchen to welcome me and the other patrons. The staff was also friendly and knowledgeable. I was pleased to learn that many of their desserts, such as cupcakes, donuts, and some cookies, are vegan. I ended up purchasing a cookie with Oreos, a Funfetti cupcake, and a raspberry donut.
