Went here after we ditched our 2.5 hour reservation at Hillstone (no restaurant is good enough to wait that long). I enjoyed the fried calamari and their very fresh hot out-of-the-oven dinner rolls (my favorite so far from all restaurant-served breads). Mysister’s boyfriend really enjoyed his Parmesan chicken and my sister regrettably didn’t get to enjoy her lobster raviolisince a miscommunication of sharing dishes led her to order a simple pasta dish instead. I enjoyed my sea bass although I wishthe portions were bigger and my mom had her usual seafood pasta. Dessert was a disappointment for me since I was recommended toorder the ice cream. The description seemed fun but it ended up being was vanilla- chocolate ice cream with a cherry centerdipped in a chocolate shell. It was visually pleasing but the ice cream was not that great. Publix had smoother ice cream thanthis. Waitstaff was good and seating was only ok (due to the pandemic, many restaurants have seating on the sidewalk but Idon’t enjoy eating next to valet parked cars and their corresponding car fumes. My sister ordered the nonna cake which endedup being similar to a key lime pie. She and her boyfriend enjoyed the tart dessert. Over all it was a pleasant experience. Mightcome back to try those lobster raviolis next time. By the way, they take reservations, that is how we were able to get seatedwithin the 15 minutes it took to walk there from Hillstone.
Abbracci without Nino is not the same! The quality of food and service have declined over the years. The prices seem to regularly rise, yet everything else is in decline. The novelty of ice in the urinals has worn off, and hearing employees complain about their work issues where people can hear them doesn’t help. The portions have always been small, but they are going overboard. Not a special place anymore, unless you’re going for social issues.
On one occasion I went there to have a glass of wine. The bartender Christian had a bad attitude because there was a party at the bar and he didn't want to be cramped. I understand that as employees we sometimes dislike certain aspects but the service must be of quality. The whole time I was there I noticed his bad face. I will not return because of this
Loved it! So yummy good. The waiter was very attentive and the atmosphere was nice.
Intimate and “romantic”!! That’s the vibe that I get as soon as you open the doors. But for me the best thing that i had the pleasure to have, was the service than we received from our server ROBERTO super nice, fast, attentive, and more. I work in the restaurant industry and believe me when i tell that even if the food wasn’t good in this case the food was really good) i would come back just for the service! In general, Roberto’s team too busboy and runner)
