Always come here after my volunteer schedule. My fav bbt place by far and they taste way better than the ubc branch. I still cant get over the traumatic experience at ubc where the girl totally messed up with my order. So glad royal rocher here tastes just fine. The services always so great too View all feedback.

Got the milk tea with pearls and the flavor of the tea was very mild/bland. Pearl texture is mediocre. Only one girl was working and she didn’t even greet hello or anything.
The best watermelon smoothy in town. Chills you right from within with real watermelon. Will buy it again.
They are open later than most places. The guy who served us was friendly. Decent amount of seating. Will be back.
They have a great selection of bubble teas including in season fresh fruit. They do get busy as they are connected to the bowling alley.
Good vibe. The mango, taro and lychee was great. Air conditioning was a big plus too.
