It's a different kind of set up.

This used to be our favorite Mexican restaurant. We 've always been very loyal to this restaurant. This evening, we were rudely seated and tossed menus. We wait... read more This used to be our favorite Mexican restaurant. We 've always been very loyal to this restaurant. This evening, we were rudely seated and tossed menus. We waited well over 20 minutes before the waitress took our order. And, then we waited again! While wewaited, we watched others who came in after us have their order taken, have it brought to them and they ate and left. FINALLY,only after we asked another waiter to check on our food, our waitress brought our order! NONE of our food was hot. It wasn 'teven warm! Taco salads were soggy and cold! Chicken quesadilla was cold soggy. I told our waitress that our food was cold she says in a very mocking, sarcastic way, You want him to make you a new order? As I was telling her 'yes, ' she says, or howabout he reheats it for you in the oven? Seriously?? I can reheat food at home! At that point, we asked for the check.Waitress yells that our food hadn 't been sitting long! Oh, I can tell you, it had been sitting long enough to get cold! Whywould someone even try to serve food to someone that had been sitting out in the open for God knows how long...people breathingall over it walking by it! And then to deny it when asked!! We won 't be back. And the worse part is that I 'm sure I 'm moreupset from losing my favorite Mexican restaurant than you are for losing a customer. The pics I posted show just how busy therestaurant was on the evening you lost one of your favorite customers.
